- The nightly rate for the cottage is $150.00 per night including pet fee (max is 2 pets).
- We are open year round (except in January and February)
- Spring Season (March-May $150.00/night (3 night minimum)
- Summer Season (June-August) $150.00 (weekly/7 night minimum unless dates available)
- Fall/Winter Season (September-December $150.00/night (3 night minimum)

- Room rates do not include 5.5% state tax and 5.5% local room tax
- For 2 night stays (if available), add $40 surcharge for cleaning.
- Cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival will be refunded, less $25.00.
- Cancellations less than 30 days will be refunded if cottage is re-rented, less $25.00.
- Add Refundable $50 Pet Deposit for first time guests
- Check in at 3:00 PM/ Checkout at 10:00 AM.

The Applewood Cottage is located just 1.5 miles from the town of Egg Harbor. Take Highway 42 North to County Rd. EE (not E) and take a right. Make your first right on Heritage Lake Rd., and the cottage will be on your left. The address is 8186 Heritage Lake Rd. The cottage is just down the road from The Orchards Golf Club.




Payment in full is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
